Kidsfest 2010 The Des Moines Radio Group stations teamed up with the I Got Caught campaign to giveaway free helmets at Kidsfest Fight For Air Climb 02/27/2010 93.3 KIOA went to Fight For Air Climb to cheer on the brave people who took on the challenge. 02/12/2010 Hearts For Homes 93.3 KIOA teamed up with Prairie Meadows and Polk County along with listeners who donated to Hearts for Homes raising $148,846 Christmas Karaoke 122109 KIOA and Prairie Meadows held a Christmas Karaoke contest to bring out holiday singers Washer Giveaway 11/27/09 Maxwell and Pam at Merle Hay Mall giveaway a washer and dryer to one lucky person KIOA and Shoes that Fit KIOA and Merle Hay Mall team up to raise clothing and monetary donations to help Shoes that Fit. Race for the Cure On October 25, 2009 over 25,800 people showed up to help in the fight against breast cancer, in the Race for the Cure.
